- About Me:
- I hail from Chicago, with training under Larry Long at the Ruth Page Foundation and Civic Ballet of Chicago. I graduated in Dec '07 from Point Park University, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in dance, minor in business management. Most recently I have been training at Lou Conte Dance studio. I am now beginning a life in NYC- hopefully including lots of dancing in it!
- Aspirations/Goals
- To be part of a dance community, whether it's dancing, choreographing, or teaching in which I help spread the word on justice and human rights, as well as political and social advocacy. I would also like to marry and be a mommy some day!
- Who/What inspires you?
- Teachers that go out of the way to help their students. People that have a passion for life and that work to excel themselves however they can each and every day.

Thank you so much for your note. I have no doubt that you will be incredibly successful in New York. It's not a matter of if, but when. You have a bright future ahead of you and a wonderful work ethic and amazing presence and attention to details. Continue doing what you have here and stay confident....I would love to hear of all of your adventures, so please keep me posted! Since you're on the site-you have to check out some of the videos I have posted-specifically the Mats Ek video called "Smoke" and any/all of the Ohad Naharin work. I think you'd enjoy them very much.
