Hey!!! I'm sad I didn't get a chance to see you over break. We must stay in touch..hopefully we can with dancerwellness. Make sure you post your upcoming shows and any pics, so I can see what you're up to at school!!! As for the hip thing, ...try to work your I.T. bands on both sides..These are the long strips on the sides of your legs, where a gun holster would lie. These can get too tight, along with your glute medius. Try stretching and strengthening your inner thighs..hopefully this will help. Keep me posted and I can't wait to hear from you!xoxo
that hip thing, i saw you told sarah...i think it might be because you need to use your abs more. i have hip tendonitis and i have like clicking clunking too. so everytime you bring your leg into passe (spelling?) or develope (ahh spelling! you know what i mean) use your abs a whole lot more. that is what Judy from NIU told me. she is like a pilates freak as well as dance teacher. she had the same problem. you just have to make your abs stronger. it is a bitch but it helps.
